Nuria College respects your privacy. This notice explains what this website collects, why, and the choices you have, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya.
What we collect when you apply
- Your name, phone number, email address and ID or birth certificate number.
- The programme, study mode and intake you choose, your secondary school grade and the other details on the application form.
- The documents you upload, such as certificates and result slips.
- The M-Pesa number used to pay the application fee and the payment receipt.
- The internet address your application came from, to protect the form against abuse.
Why we use it
To consider your application, contact you about it by SMS, email or phone, confirm your payment, and prepare and verify your admission letter. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only authorised admissions staff and the Registrar's office, through a password-protected staff area. Payment details pass through Safaricom M-Pesa, and messages through our SMS and email providers, only as far as needed to deliver them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted when we no longer need it for your admission or by law. Write to [email protected] or call 0793 900 991.

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
